San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina Meeting Rooms, Bar, Lobby, Ballrooms

The San Diego Marriott Hotel and Marina is a 1,355 room resort style hotel with 100,000 square feet of meeting space, a 450-slip marina and several restaurants.

JVB provided construction management and consulting services on a wide variety of projects at this facility for a total of approximately $9 million, including the recent major renovation of all ballrooms, bar, Starbucks, meeting rooms and lobby areas.

The project included removal and replacement of all flooring materials, supply and installation of a new bar, Starbuck’s restaurant and service bar. The project also included the purchase and installation of custom light fixtures, floor medallions and woven carpeting.
